Inspiring visit by world champion wrestler Martin Lidberg

Today was a special day at Ecdesign's headquarters in Örebro, made even more memorable by a visit from Martin Lidberg, a former wrestling world champion and a well-known TV personality. Martin shared his inspiring story about using mental training to become the best in wrestling. His talk was about more than winning – it was a powerful message on how to use our minds to reach our goals in sports and life.
